How to delete your Fit3d Body Scan

If you did not scan correctly or there was an issue with your scan processing you may be asked to delete your scan.

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. You will arrive at your Dashboard
  3. Select the History Icon (3 horizontal lines) and choose Scan History
  4. Identify the scan you want to delete and press Delete (scans will have their exact time and date underneath them)
  5. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your scan

Please note: You will not be able to retrieve your scan in the future after deletion.
