This section provides Health Practitioners/Trainers with information on how to interpret your Fit3d Posture Report, including tips.
The Fit3d Posture Report can be the perfect conversation starter to educate clients on the need to perform preventative stretches/exercises to ensure poor posture does not lead to pain and discomfort. It can also help hands-on practitioners (Physios/Chiros/Osteos/Massage Therapists) educate clients on the need to perform certain types of treatments e.g. manipulation, re-alignment, massage, assisted stretching, taping.
The Fit3d Posture Report can also be useful to tie in as part of a more holistic/comprehensive Posture/Muscle Balance Assessment that you may offer in your clinic. For example, the addition of flexibility and strength tests, in combination with your Fit3d Posture Report, Fit3d Limb Volume Metrics, and Fit3d Limb Circumferences should provide you with a plethora of data to make more informed decisions regarding exercise prescription and advice to your client.
For those practitioners really wanting to make a positive difference, we would encourage you to assess some of the common postures that your client assumes on a daily basis. For example, getting photos of a clients' desk set up (with the client in the photos), video analysis of their training techniques e.g. squat or deadlift technique or running biomechanical analysis, footwear etc.
